Just make sure you get permission from the proper authorities first. Otherwise it will be bulldozed. I can't just erect a wind power generator in the middle of NYC
(Alban, 2 July 2009 18:33)

Well, NYC can hardly compare to Gracanica, can it?
If the us military can build wind generators in Guantanamo bay so can the serbs in Gracanica.

And you will destroy them due to "proper" permits? Just like you did with the school for children?
I belive building permits in Gracanica are issued in : Gracanica
so no need to ask for Pristinas permission.

Its probably the same as in your New York example, if you want to build something in New York, you don't apply for permission in Miami, right?

I am a bit confused. All Serbs in Kosovo live in barbed wire surrounded ghettos according to the posters here. But they have the resources to build enrgy plants?????
I think the propaganda wagon has lost some wheels!

You see how easy is, just pay the bills and you get power. Very simple , ah!

Question for you....did you leave & not pay YOUR bill?

It must be THAT much easier for you to sit in your home in the States & then type in commentary without any stake in the game.

Gracanica can do "nil" without proper permission(s) and license(s) from K-Government. Serb officials can even enter Kosova without proper permission and here you are asking for a major investment from Serbia.

Want pseudogovernment of Kosovo escalate conflict between nationalities, if Kosovo Serbs start to build their own power plant??

If he want bulldozed K-Serbs power plants - they must used pseudomilitary KSF force - becouse Serbs will defend their plants (if they build them).

Seems to me you haven't yet seen the beautiful Serbian flags in N. Mitrovica from s of Ibar?? Does uck have any say over there?

The last thing that will happen is for albanians to rule and control Serbs in their Holy Land.

Shocking!! B92 reporting that there are "newly built houses" by Serbs I assume, in Gracanica? And Albanians allow that? And they connect them to the grid for a small payment? Shocking!!!

Gračanica must start to build their own wind/water power plant.
After established this plant - conflict with KEK will end.

Its time for the Serbian government to invest in the enclaves. Windmills, coalfired plants, everything should be tried and built to secure that albanians doesn't cut of electricity in the winter..

Gracanica is big enough to have its own power production and distibution net.

Gračanica residents have started paying the installment payments in large numbers, Jovanović said, adding that by 13:00 CET today, some 500 of the 1,000 households had already made their payments.

According to KEK sources this afternoon, the enclave households should have power reconnected today.

So when are those ethnic Albanian politicians who have amounted over €5000 each in electricity bills going to pay up? Why don't they have their electricity turned off? Why did Jeta Xharra (an ethnic Albanian journalist) have her life threatened when she exposed these people?

Our province will be constantly kept back due to the immaturity of the temporary institutions currently in place. Grow up please!
