Serbia has a chance to get North of Ibar ONLY if ICJ says plainly that Kosova was in violation of International Law. Which we know it's not the case, and even if it was courts stay away from causing new wars /trouble by sidestepping issues already under control

Jeremic can claim what he wants. Serbia will not join the EU as long as it didn't recognize Kosovo. Especially, the Scandinavian countries as well as Germany and the Netherlands will make sure of it. UK and France doesn't want a 2nd Cypruss.

You have to decide: EU or Kosovo. Prosperation for the Serbian people or continuation of the same agony of the last 2 decades, prolonged over the next decades. The Kosovarians can wait it out as long as it takes. The were even accepting that when nobody were recognizing their independence during the 90s. Why should they give up when all major industrial powers along with dozens of other countries already recognized them? Jeremic is talking about a wish which nobody will make for him to become true. But as a politician, he just have to say what the people wants to here. The question is, if the people wants to continue to live in that state of agony.

EU or UN is not the most important issue here. We are talking about pure survival. For Kosovars, that is not possible under Serbia, as Serbia has tried to exterminate them. It was just 10 years ago, not 100 or 1000. Just 10.

EU is just encouraging serbia to go further and to implement the technical standards for the integration. Serbia has to later to compled the political standards before the full membership.

It reminds me the famous " I have dream ..." but actually Serbia have to obtain a more realistic foreign policy. While most of the EU went against Serbia this man is just a prisoner of his own imagination. Serbia cannot afford being so naiive !

The only illegal thing is /was Serbia's oppression as found in Hague. If Kosova's independence was illegal, then UN would have passed a resolution against it.

If you remember 10 years ago it was NATO to change the course which was so devastating to all Balkan’s nations, to (Kosovo) Albanians in particular. You might have noticed the compliance of the two terms; Albanian and Kosova. In other words don’t be so upset when encountering these kinds of information. By the way, for your information; the Kosovo-Albanian border doesn’t exist anymore. Citizen from both sides may travel to both directions without being bothered with custom and bordering bureaucracy procedures.
In the end; I think that Serbia doesn’t “deserve” type of a politician such is Mr. Jeremic; although he is not bad guy, but rather extremely unrealistic

Kosova did not get into NATO but the other way around. If Kosova is attacked as you are alluding than NATO is attacked and in return Albania as NATO member will retaliate since is the closest to Kosova untill other NATO members retaliate as well from a far.
