Lighten up marko.
Have to agree with bganon here. In most civilised countries this young man's "crime" would be rightly viewed as as a minor misdemeanour. Obviously it's because his mother is a public figure that it's considered newsworthy. Obviously the tabloid press in Serbia is becoming as bad as anything in my part of the world (Ireland).

Marko well I don't think that men who smell on buses or genocide is acceptible. I'm sure people drop dead toking joints all the time like with motorcycle accidents.
Its exactly the same thing I tell you!

'I am beginning to rethink my opposition to mandatory military service'

Yeah right, in the military there is no access to drugs...
But yes, its much safer arming young men with weapons, what could possibly go wrong?

Would it have been better if the motorcyclist was safely at school blasting a spliff?

I don't particularly think either behavior is acceptable and I am beginning to rethink my opposition to mandatory military service

What a huge deal about nothing...

Here in California its a $100 ticket (if you don't have your medical license). A carpool violation is $291.

So a 14 year old can ride a motorcycle in central Belgrade with his friend on the back at high speed breaking the law and causing immediate danger to himself and others in traffic and yet smoking a joint is a chargable offence?

You got to wonder about priorities!
