This is nothing less than a war crime and should be handled as such. But wont because the Americans feel they are above the law. The world has had enough of them and are fed up, as evident in every country I have been.
Mere verbal acknowledgement is convenient and doesn't cost one dime. The Yankees should be made to pay big time to the Afghans whatever the economic problems back home.
