Sustainable return to Kosovo remains a challenge, says OSCE Head of Mission
http://www.osce.org/kosovo/item_1_38265.html

"Central and local authorities must create an environment conducive to sustainable return of all displaced persons through increased commitment and implementation of return-related projects. The fact that so many people remain displaced in the region or within Kosovo, without adequate protection of their rights, highlights the need for greater involvement of all parties and dialogue to find a sustainable solution."

"Kind of funny since I don't see Kosova mentioned in this article. It seems like there is no K-Serb refugees at all."

Oh Dear, is that the best you could do?

1: Bosnia and Croatia are different countries - Kosovo is still Serbia via UNHCR 1244 and is reflected as such withing the UN (see below)

2: The Serbs ethnically cleansed by the KLA and 'friends' are IDPs, Internally Displaced Persons NOT refugees. The war was over when they were cleansed under the watchful eyes of NATO (onwards christian!) soldiers.

3: Educated yourself: http://www.unhcr.org/pages/49e48d9f6.html

"Serbia

In Serbia, UNHCR provides protection and assistance to refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Croatia, as well as to IDPs from Kosovo."

204,000 IDPs (i.e. from 'Kosova')

Home is a stinking rubbish tip for Kosovo's forgotten refugees
http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2009/jun/19/konik-roma-refugee-camp-montenegro/print

Konik is the largest refugee camp in the Balkans but few outside of Montenegro know it exists. More than 2,000 Roma live here after fleeing the violence in Kosovo 11 years ago with little more than the clothes they were wearing. These are refugees from a conflict most of the world assumes was resolved years ago. Konik is a forgotten crisis.
