To all in Kosovo:

Both Serbs AND ALBANIANS. Please only participate in elections if they are in line with international law.

This includes Albanians. Albanians also should never recognize ILLEGAL Kosovo independence.

International law is much more important then Kosovo!

Much more!

What "international law"?? Athahaari Plan is not "international law" and elections organized by "independent" Kosovo - are against international law.

Serbs Will Boycott Kosovo's Fall Elections - Top Politician

BELGRADE (AFP) - A leading Kosovo Serb politician rebuffed Wednesday a call from Kosovo's president for the Serb minority to participate in November's local elections.

Serbs won't take part "in the Kosovar, that is to say Albanian, elections because they recognize neither the illegally declared Kosovar state nor the would-be Kosovar institutions," said Milan Ivanovic, president of the National Serb Council for northern Kosovo.

"The appeal by President Sejdiu will not be agreed to by the Serbs," said Ivanovic, arguing that it was simply an attempt to force the Serb community to give "a legitimacy to the would-be Kosovo institutions."

“We should participate through those Serbs that were driven out and give our own representatives in city assemblies like Priština, Peć, Đakovica and other places where we could put returns forward as an issue,“ she said.

Oh Rada, forget about Dakovica/Gjakova. I grew up during my childhood and left for US in 1974 when I was 16 years old. In Gjakova there was handful of Serbs and Montenegrians in police station and not one single Municipal assembly member from the said nationality. Pec/Peja and Pristina/Prishtina was little different. They had some but not enough to over-ride majority K-Albanians. But, anyway I am glad that you have turned around and lately you are admitting that Kosova has nothing to do with Serbia.
Big turn around for you Rada.

"who’ve frequently been the subject of manipulation and political games over the last ten years, in a relevant, serious and thorough manner,“ Trajković added.

You just realized that you Beograd is using you for its political gains?
