First witness takes stand in Hartmann trial

Strange how she and her ilk never felt compelled to uncover information about the organ trading documents or the documents about the agreement made with Karadjic.

But Natasha Kandic took the unsuspecting grief strick mothers of Srebrenica to Belgrade and showed them a film of their sons being murdered.

She then invited the press to ambush them outside the viewing to see their 'raw' reaction.

She also slapped an elderly refugee around the face which was witnessed by many people.

I know people in legal circles who personally know her and even those who quite like her admit that she is an arrogant self-seeking publicist.

As for Hartman, she worked for the court and then tried to make money and gain notoriety by publishing secret documents. Again this was a totally self-seeking act.

If it had not been, then why is her 'disclosure' so one-sided?

thank you, sebastian, i couldn't agree more. esp.ly about natasa kandic, who has more courage in her little finger than all of the current so-called leaders over there, in their entire beings.

as for this case, no one is talking about the "confidential" files themselves. this is the ongoing problem, that we deal in superficials, and not in the (disturbing)substance.

Let's get this right. The ICTY is hiding documents that prove Belgrade was behind the massacre at srebrenica of prisoners of war (soldiers of the ArBiH)?

So the ICTY is corrupt?

Isn't this what the Serbs have been saying for years?

Or, do those who support legal and historical expert 'Hartmann' believe that out of the whole ICTY, Hartmann is the only one who is not corrupt and there is a conspiracy by the ICTY, its founders and funders to protect Belgrade from Bosnia's ridiculous genocide suit, which they thought they could used as a milch cow and live of reparations rather than sort out their own economy and corruption?

Then again, Hartmann IS the ICTY. A law unto herself. If she doesn't like something, she just changes it as she sees fit and for her own purpose. What a crusader!

And some wonder why journalists are held in such low esteem at the bottom of the list along with politicians and...

Florence Hartmann is the only trusable person from the ICTY Prosecutors office so far. She had the BRAVERY to speak openly about qustionable business conducted by the ICTY.
It is in the interest of the entire free world - that Florence Hartmann continue disclosing her knowledge from her attendance at meetings where THE DEFINITION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND JUSTICE was dominated by people representing very few governments in the west.
I finally wish a sponsor will join the support of Florence Hartmann and pay the translation into English of ALL her written documents and books.
