"Unless the Kosovo 'government' admits that Kosovo is a Serbian province the Serbs and others should NOT participate in this election."

We would be deeply saddened. We want all the minorities to participate in the government but life goes on.

Kosovo needs a solution. Guys, start REAL negotiations.

Until that time 1244 is valid!

38 communities

27 Albanian
10 Serb
1 Turk

Yet Albanians make up 92% of the population. Ridiculous!!

ridiculous!! i know! c'mon guy! serbia has more than 38 communities... and albanians make up 17% of the population of serbia... so why give them so much in serbia, when they have albania so close by?!?

I guess he waited to get the OK from Tadic and Jeremic. Besides, all K_Albanians can do is play their little "We are a nation" game. They have no real authority, Serbia and the US do. Everyone knows that.

" Kosovo will have 38 municipalities, including 10 with a Serb majority, one Turkish, and the rest Albanian."

So 5% of the population will have 26.3% of the municipalities. So every second K-Serbs will be mayor, secretary, local policeman... in other words they will all be paid by the Kosova's tax payers and their dissocupation rate will be close to zero and certainly several times lower than for the rest of Kosovars.

And of course after some years Kosovars will start to envy them, consider them as parasites that live form their work and here you go the violence.

Violence is always a result of injustice. This is one more injustice to the Kosovars. The positive discrimination yes but sober.

Such a "discriminated" minority. The life is "impossible" for them in Kosova.
