French FM Bernard Kouchner says that the Western Balkans must enter the EU and that failure to adopt the Lisbon Treaty could be the main obstacle on that path.

Another barrier to Serbia joining? now it's not the Hague and 'war criminals' it's the Lisbon treaty! If it's not the lisbom treaty it wll be the inevitable break down of the EU itself. The EU is nt the land of milk and honey that the corrupt politicians of the EU like to get people to think, it is set up for the benefit of global organisations, poiticians and unelected commisioners and beaurocrats. I'm sure they would like Serbia to join to keep them firmly under the EU's thumb but the EU is getting messier by the minute!! Think carefully and do what's in your interests Serbia!! yes it's true but serbia have to pay for every crimes in balkan including kosovo bosnia croatia, before joining EU.after that can join in EU. GOD is big look at serbia they lost everything.God bless albanians croats and bosnians.
