Kosova has for 10 years achieved miraculous. New and refurbished roads up to new 100 colleges and schools. New buildings are erupting like mushrooms, and on top of that are leaders are getting the red carpet in the biggest capitals the world has ever seen.
There is and will be financial power to move capital to a different town, and with a new airport if needed.

In many cases these spies were used to kill and kidnap political opponents - some 200 of them - such as the Gervalla brothers (Jusuf and Bardhosh) and Kadri Zeka, journalists and political activists, killed by UDBA in Untergruppenbach, West Germany, in January 1982.
UDBA wasn't shy about employing even criminals out of jail, such as Arkan, for their political assassinations.

I doubt that in both cases the Kosovar inteligence was acting on their own as thanks to the friendlies like CIA and MI5 or even EULEX, as there must have been a tip off. For wich there must be a considerable evidence piled up. I think we will expect convictions in the near future, and if this is true this terrorists should be put behind bars.
