Of course he will! After all Kosovo is the center of the earth. Its a world power and a one of the richest places on earth. The entire world is longing to benefit from the success of the Albanian nation. Its fine and successfull athletes are the envy of the entire world. Sarkozy, Merkel, Obama, Mandela and other prominent people of the world are all waiting in line to visit the capital of capitals, Pristina.
I bet you any amount of money that Mr. sarkozy will visit Prishtina way before that.

Maybe, but like the cars made by his country, himself has to work hard to earn any respect in this part of the world. And his countrymen are probably among the most racist on the continent. With all disagreement, I respect Angela Merkel and her country much more than "Sarko" and his country. And given the choice, I would rather go to a German vacation than to a French one.
I don't mention US here simply because I hate to fly - not because I would not prefer Cascades, Rockies or Sierra Nevada to France.
