As far as Res. 1244 is concerned, Kosovo is Serbian territory. So getting rid of the border posts was an act of upholding the law. Dismantling illegal structures is in accordance with the law, so how can they be prosecuted?

A fake country cannot have a real trial. What does Serbian law say about this act?

"Kosovo police have filed criminal charges against Serb Municipal President Jakšić and Serb National Council leader in northern Kosovo Ivanović on suspicion of inciting terrorism through their public calls"

Mr Thaci - You don't remember that until 1998 You was US Departament of State described TERRORIST??

Good propaganda. As long as they do not return to violance and do not disturb peace and stability in Kosova that is fine by me. Good luck with your hard line. Soon you will be "rewarded")

based on the RS1244 that for the serbs is like the holy bible, Kosovo has the right to controll by his own the costums of Kosovo. why the serbs are protesting of that fact? This shows that they don't respect the RS1244, that says that the Kosovo status has to change afer a interim administration of the UNO.

To ALL in Kosovo (Serbs AND Albanians) : don't do anything that is not in line with 1244. Kosovo is illegal. Do not make it legal by applying to it.

Good luck! The free world is behind you!

They have no resources and most importantly will and numbers, sorry.

Yesterday So called Minister for Kosovo Bogdanovic told them to cooperate with EULEX.
Does this mean that Serbia is officialy stopping its support of those kind of people in North of Kosovo?Somehow, I dont belive it.

"...on suspicion of inciting terrorism through their public calls."

Inciting terrorism! And this comes from the albanians who have terrorists in office in Pristina. I guess it takes one to know one.

"...stating that businesses in the region were happy to pay taxes, but not to fund the unrecognized state of Kosovo."

So thousends of salary Prishtina payes monthly to K-Serbs should only come from Albanian taxpayers? You wanna pay taxes to Serbia, take a 30 min ride up north and you can tell Serbian Government how much you will pay see what MUP will do to you. See if they go softly on you for being "K-Serbs". I can't blame you guys, until now you recived double salarys both from Prishtina and Beograd, plus without paying electricity or taxes. Now wonder you guys protest today when salary goes down to avarage income.

Jakšić and Ivanović “sent a public call to Serb to go and burn the border crossings between Kosovo and Serbia during a protest held on March 17, 2008 in front of the district court in Mitrovica,” the daily says.

These thugs, the only pplace they belong is,
behind the bars.
