Birds of a feather flock together. A corrupt professor joins a corrupt and illegal court. He will find good company with the Snake. The man should be ostracised in his native Serbia as a traitor. Some guys would sell their grannies for a few bucks. Disgusting.

A token Serb indicted for corruption and bribery is to be a member of Kosovo's Constitutional Court?

He'll fit right in.
---

Let's see: Kosova has a LOWER corruption index than Serbia. The rest is propaganda.

'Yes, but before being Kosovar or Serb, he is first most a corrupt petty criminal. '

The guy was indicted - not convicted, apparently. Doesn't "innocent until proven guilty" apply any more?

I don't know anything about the case, but it's hard to imagine any law school continuing to employ a professor suspected of criminal behavior.

There is no room for this, or any other, Serb criminal in Kosova. The Prishtina courts must deal with him with utmost severity, or themselves be held accountable.

He is a Kosovar first and second he is a Serb. Therefore , every true Kosovar will do what he is doing. Makes no difference if you are Albanian, Serb, Roma,Turk or whatever.

Yes, but before being Kosovar or Serb, he is first most a corrupt petty criminal. Selling exam notes is rare, but not unknown. The worst are who sells for sex and such "professors" are not unknown in any country.

Are you sure, this is the "help" what Kosovo needs?

Ask if any Albanian would have done the same 15 years ago?
He would be instantly killed by his countrymen!

How many Albanians were offered a position in Serbia's Supreme court? Albanians made 20% of your population!

HAHAHA. This makes me laugh. They appoint common criminals from Serbia to their constitutional court. No wonder they get disrespected in regional conferences.

"...Cukalovic is otherwise known to the public as being one of 18 professors...indicted for receiving bribes from students...The teachers were charged with selling exams and diplomas."
In the light of the above, his joining the Kosovo Constitutional Court (!) could be`summarized with the beautiful, old Serbian proverb:"Svaka ptica svome jatu leti" in English:"Every bird flies to it's flock".
It is also a nice way to avoid a pending lawsuit by either claiming the "citizenship" of that so-called state "Kosova" or some other kind of immunity: he might well qualify for some diplomatic post based on indictment only!

Good luck to you Albanians. You seem happy to take Serbia's unwanted.
Then again, the more corrupt they are the higher positions they will get in the new "democratic Kosova government".

"Čukalović is otherwise known to the public as being one of 18 professors from Kragujevac indicted for receiving bribes from students in the so-called Index Affair."
Things some people would do for money, they would sell their mothers if they could.
(AdamSRB, 6 June 2009 14:28)

If he was indicted why is he still teaching at University?
NOW, he will be called all kinds of names, just because he beleives in Independent Kosova.

This sentance explains it all:

How pathetic is this? Why do all these people try to distance themselves from the "fake and inexistent state of Kosova", is it bcos maybe they afraid from something happening to them from the "Democratic State of Serbia"???

This is one more clear case proving what we all know:

The nationalist Serbian politics does everything in her might to STOP the integration of K-Serbs in K-Society.

Now they wil attack this man, moraly declare him traitor, insult him, denigrate... all veru well known stuff of that culture

They are doing the same in Bosnia with R Srpska and they are doing the same in Kosova. The project of greater Serbia is not dead. This is the greatest proof that the one that made a the brutal aggression on all nations of Yugo are still continuing their racists project.

There is no doubt on who is for multiethnic society and who is for the dominating of micro-minority over the overwhelm majority. This is the ONLY problem in Kosova. And it is not solved just because Russia wants it.

A wonderful decision. Together with nearly all Serb communities now signing on to the Kosova power company (with only a 26Euro feeforpast services), increasing numbers of K Serb police returning to KPS, new K Serb returns (if still overall far too few) conducted by the Ministry of Returns headed by a K Serb, this is the direction to go for K Serbs to look after their own interests rather than merely being pawns of belgrade or victims of Pristina.
