I think they didn't count Kosovo as country because with its 'peaceful' index would end up in the last place. And that would have been a shame to EU/USA who brag about their creation.

Peaceful?

What about the actions of the Slovenia government when they "erased" some 25,670 citizens leaving them without basic human rights?

Easy to be a peaceful nation with zero problems when you have a no non-Slovenians allowed policy. Good for them. At least them are smart enough to not let nationalism go on in their little country.

"while Kosovo was not counted as a country."

That made my day!.

And Serbia still has no say in Kosova nor can its officials get in. That makes my day, each day!

Good job to Slovenia, they are leading with region, they deserve more than that,we are still fighting for something that is not neccesary.
A lot of Slovenian businessman are investing in Kosovo,so I hope we will earn something from them.
They are building a big industrial park in middle of Kosovo which shows they are seriously interested for Kosovo.

Welcome investments...

Just another nonsense list made by bored NGOs and armchair humanists. It is funny to see how some exchange of words beetween Janko"I Drank"Slota and Orbán"the boys are in the mine"Vica can effect Hungary's and Slovakia's position.

HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhAH I SO needed to laugh this hard. US is currently in 2 wars and they are ranked higher then Macedonia and Montenegro. At least they recognize Kosovo as a Serbian province. At least they got that right.

Low levels of minorties, population under the two million mark, good GDP and being obedient to Germany...recipe for success.
