EU to defer visa decision date

Wow....really big surprise!!! The EU is postponing yet another anticipated "carrot" for the Serbs.....pulling the string a little farther away, while every European leader loudly proclaims how much they want Serbia in their "club". Until Serbia fulfills all of its conditions completely- set forth, not by negotiations but by the EU "masters"- Serbia will just be in limbo...hoping for the carrots to be delivered....which never will.

But Rick, this affects all of the Western Balkan states, not just Serbia. Macedonia isn't being shown a carrot and having it taken away but their decision is also being postponed.
