The president of a working group responsible for drafting the law in parliament, Nikola Novaković of G17 Plus, did not send a draft of the law to his colleagues until March, even though it was completed in December.
In the meantime, the working group has not convened in six months.
It sounds like the working group aint working but the tax payer will be paying
