Usually any minister who wants to visit any part of his country could do that.

Then why the "pseudo minister" Bogdanovic is fully NOT allowed to visit certain part of his country?

Do you know why?

Because he has to see the Sarkozy's map!!!

'Didn't Tadic and UN sign the six point plan saying that EULEX is going to be neutral?'

The agreement that was signed contained 4 annexes, one of which stated that Prishtina did not agree to the six points.

This so called Minister for Kosovo, is a troublemaker!
Serbia have not right to name a "minister" for another country, and it is rather tragic-comic all this atempts to enter, to disturb instead of showing will of cooperation he commes and tell the kosovoserbs not to integrate, and to sabotage this new and fragile state.

Mospyt,

Biden? Is Biden working for the UN?

By the way: UNMIK is in charge of Kosovo. Iit is about time Albanians start to accept the fact that Kosovo is a Serbian province!

So what if his family lives in Kosova, does he forget what his job is (trying to interfere in Kosovar affairs)?

Did he expect a red carpet??
He should be banned for entering Kosova indefinetly.

Well done Kosova. Does serbia have a minister for Montenegro or Macedonia or Bonia?(just wondering). Next time he tries to go to Kosova I hope he gets handcuffed and sent straight to Jail. Since he works for serb government he should move with his family to Serbia. He's been decribed as troublemaker many times and that's why he should never be allowed to come to Kosova.
I know that EULEX and other internationals are watching every move that government in Prishtina takes but on this one they know who and what this bodganovic is.

Just how the hell did they stop the Minister from entering the province of Kosovo?if these serbian government officials had any guts they would force their way over the so called border.

Indeed, I can decorate my car with pictures of Milosevic or Seselj - and I still can enter Kosovo. In the fact, I did drive in Kosovo having license plate frame in Russian language. To say the truth, I removed that frame before entering the "critical" part of Kosovo and re-installed it after returning to North Kosovo.

But this is also a hint, how to get to Kosovo.... other, than if someone wants to PROVOKE Albanians. I certainly did not. Privately if asked I did not really hide much, but even with ex-UCK guys I agreed to disagree on certain things.

It was also interesting to learn, how LITTLE Kosovo-Albanians know about the country they should be part of. They asked me quite a bit and were genuinely interested. Since I am not Serb, I could answer only that much I know.

It seems, luckily, I am insignificant enough to be stopped by KPS ;)

Kosovo official told EULEX not to let him in???

Didn't Tadic and UN sign the six point plan saying that EULEX is going to be neutral? In other words, EULEX is taking orders from UN not from Pristina. How can this happen then?

I would really like to see what Tadic plans to do about the six points not being respected, especially EULEX having to be status neutral.

It's always a chuckle to read Albanians explaining their actions by referring to the need to respect the laws and instititions of the land, when these people less than a decade ago made their names and reputations by circumventing the laws and instititons of the land for a living. It's equally funny to hear from Albanian supporters their contempt for those whom they regard as people without any real power, when those given power in Pristina by Western officials were themselves self-proclaimed potentates dating back to 1981. So the farm animals now live in the farmer's former house, wear the farmer's clothes and walk on two legs.

"Kosova's" motto should be "Surrealism at its Finest".

Just because the current ethnic Albanian government of Kosovo considers these Serbs unwelcome in Kosovo, so what? Being unwelcomed simply means being unliked. In a democratic society, in a multi cultural society, there has to be a stronger reason not to allow someone to enter. A person can be unliked simply because of purely personal reasons. For Kosovo to become a democratic society, and a multi cultural society; there needs to be a real criterion that makes a lot of practical sense and not a system based on prejudices and discrimination against ethnic peoples.

Bi,

Reading the message of hmmm one understads that Bogdanovic is not visiting any officially elected person and his planned visite is nothing else than the latest provocation. Yes I am paying taxes too and I feel that my tax dollars are extremely well spent in Kosovo.

Actually he should be tried for treason , since he is working for sworn enemy of Kosova.
So he was banned because his intention is to come and incite hatred and spread the propaganda of another country.

Poor minister, doesn't understand. OK let me put it in a simple way that you can understand. If you come in Kosova to undermine the Kosova's institutions and the Kosova's law and order you are banned for entering Kosova otherwise you will end up in prison.

By now he should have learned the lesson and contacted Kosovo Government and EULEX to allow his private visit, just like Tadic did sometime ago.

Bi

Doesn't this stink of doublespeak? Bogdanovic's family lives in Kosovo, yet he is not allowed in. If he is on one hand a resident, then why is he denied re-entry into his own country? This border is total nonsense and is causing more problems than my leader's thought it would. The leadership in Kosovo really does not have a clue on how to run a democratic nation, a multinational state or a economically viable region. The lessons they've been taking from the University of Western methodologies have certainly been a catastrophic waste of money. Moreover it is my money that is being wasted as a tax payer of one of Kosovo's sponsoring nations. This is a tragic waste of resources and will continue to draw more and more much longer than we, the West, think.
Democracy indeed.

The president of Gnjilane (Gjilan) municipality is not Predrag Stojković. He is probably a sort of "virtual president".

There you have the reason for prohibition of the visit. You cannot visit a country and disrespect its institutions.

Gjilan Municipality was elected with participation of about 80% of the voters. And its president is not this guy (Stojkovic). I have no idea who he is.
