The decision on what to build in the location where the Chinese embassy in Belgrade was destroyed in 1999 rest with the Chinese alone, writes Politika.

'Unofficially, Politika has learned that the Chinese will not allow Japanese or American investors to build on the site.'

I am sure the US would LOVE to bulldoze this site and build something nice over it and make everyone forget about this war crime and the murder of Chinese citizens.
I say leave it the way it is, build a monument beside it to the victims of this NATO war crime, mention on the monument the people responsible for this war crime - Wesley Clark, Madeline Albright, Javier Solana, Tony Blair..., and finally call for them to face justice for war crimes in a criminal court. This will be a reminder and proof of what this organization is doing all over the world with impunity.
