Do you honestly think anyone is that dumb to let Serbia in to block others? Serbia is no where near joining EU, don't listen to Tadic. If Kosova gets 50%+1, Serbia will be under new pressures, regardless of what Biden said in Serbia

You don't have to be envious about the improved relations between Serbs and the Americans. Whatever Biden might have said he alone does not represent America as a whole. Historicaly these two countries have been closer than Albanians and Americans. If not for Camp Bondsteel the Americans wouldn't set foot in Kosovo and would care about Albanians as much as they care about people in Rwanda. Remember you supporter Hitler during WW2 and were on the loosing side. Americans and Serbs were allies.

Also, no EU representative has ever said that russia has a European perspective. I think the EU prefers just a partnership with russia.

Russia is a European country since part of it is in Europe. However, I think the Russians prefer to have close relations with the EU without being members.

Also, I think that France and Germany would not want russia to join the EU since the Germans and the French would lose some of their influence within the Union if russia joined.

European perspective means that the EU is ready to offer a country membership after meeting certain conditions.
