Russia won't accept NATO expansion plans

Moscow does not accept plans to move NATO's military infrastructure closer to the Russian borders, Russian Foreign Minstry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko says.

During Obama even with the close collapce of the US spendings for Pentagon has increased above 700 Bln.

It means that they are serious about defending the damned western domination. But in case with Russia this argumentation does not work.
