"They say somewhat more, but I agree they're not a majority. But both Macedonia and Kosovo are so small that any potential increase in the Muslim population of the EU they represent is small compared to the numbers already living there.

And what, BTW, is the problem with the Serbs from RS? They are apparently considered equally problematical.

You missed the point entirely. The point is not their populaton sizes but that they are led by Muslim governments. You saw how the EU dragged its feet on Turkey. Now its Albania and Bosnia. It will apply to "Kosova" eventually too, assuming of course that Pristina manages somehow to reach an agreement with Belgrade to enter the UN first and then seek EU membership.

'I am sure you already know that they are a minority there - about 25%.'

i really dont understand EU and i personally even i live here i dont like the system here.

EU is making discrimination against ballkan countries, but they do becouse we are not united, and we hate each other. EU know this and now they play with us how they want.

I think maybe we have to unite all Balkan countries together, and have good economic and social between our citizens, and make a good business and connection with turkey too.

If we Balkan countries and turkey will be strong economically and prefect relationship with each other after that we don’t need Europe.

We have the best places in Balkan counties most rich places are here, we have beautiful mountains and sea, Albania Adriatic coast, Montenegro, Croatia, mineral resources we have better place than EU.

We just have to believe each other and stop hate, and corruption and work together for better future of our Balkan countries with out help of EU.

And I believe that YES WE CAN do it.

Greetings from UB (United Balkan) not EU (United Europe)

It's true that both Albania and Bosnia-Hercegovina are Muslim-majority countries (at least in theory - in reality, Albania today has the lowest percentage of religious believers in the Balkans).

But there's no mystery about the reason why Bosnia and Albania didn't make the Schengen white list -- they did not meet the technical requirements. Same as Serbia, which also failed to meet the standards in this round.

"The expert report will also confirm that Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania have failed to meet the conditions for visa abolition. "

Both of them being predominantly Muslim countries ..... coincidence?

Europe cares about 30 milion serbs, albanians, bosnians, macedonians, montenegrons and does not care about 33 million romanians, bulgarians? Now that is called been selective. Not fair. You know how hard has been for Albanian,Bosnia,Serbia and others to meet those requirments? Europe has to treat all us equaly and we want fairness. We are all Europeans.
