Visas report "favorable, without recommendations"

Deputy PM Božidar Đelić stated that the European Commission report on the liberalization of the visa regime for the Western Balkans is favorable for Serbia.

"Đelić clarified that the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija will get their passports in compliance with a specific procedure"

This is DISCRIMINATION. They should find an Albanian and a Roma to file suit in Serbian courts. Isn't Kosova Serbia?
