For many things they do, all allowed by the Kosovo Constitution as part of decentralization.

Just remember Serbs have the final say in their municipalities just as Albanians have the final say in theirs. In other words, recognize where Pristina ends and Mitrovica begins.

Serbia- beware of Eulex and ALL of their propoganda. Do not believe them as they are a modern version of the infamous "Trojan Horse". The EU countries are continually reinforcing their "Trojan Horse" in Kosovo with more and more money, personnel and propoganda. Serbia- be clever and vigilant!!!

Well of course she is going to say EULUX is doing a good job! That is what is paying the mortgage on her house and probably private school fees for the kids or maybe a holiday home in Montenegro! Why not ask the Serbs who live in Mitro and elsewhere in Kosovo whether they think their biased policing is “doing a good job”?
