The US VP is visiting a foreign country all risks pertaining to that visit are the responsibility of the VP and not the host country.

Why is there any fear? What did america do to the Serbs that causes concern? Isn't america always right in its foreign policy?

That's what US fears, a "Serbian patriot," and that would be Serbia's worst nightmare. I hope Biden brought enough Secret Service with him that he has no contact with armed Serbian police. After the constant propaganda against NATO and US who knows.

I wonder why anyone would want be angry at the US who stood by the largest ethnic cleansing of serbs from Croatia (only about 300k), supports the ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Kosovo, Bombed the Serbs, and now is expecting hugs and kisses when he arrives. Unbelievable. All those people that died, means nothing apparently.
