Bottom line is that Slovenia knows it holds all the aces .... as long as Zagreb wants to enter the EU. Croatia must agree to settle the border dispute on Slovenian terms or be shut out from the EU. Maybe it times Zagreb ask itself whether the EU is all the paradise that it is made out to be!
