So some Serbs here think Ivanovic is an Albanian puppet, while some Albanians here think he's a Serb puppet. However, I don't recall either Belgrade or most certainly Pristina being asked to give their input on how to solve the current problems facing K-Serbs. Tadic doesn't have the same pull Samaradzic had, and Thaci? Well, Thaci couldn't care less about the north.

--“We agreed to involve all the relevant institutions in resolving these problems in order to guarantee the Roma better living conditions. Our goal is to offer them several solutions, and it’ll be up to them to accept what they think is the best one for them,“

Who said UNMIK is irrelevant? Look at what they agreed on!

Ivanovic why talk to UNMIK when they dont control nothing ? I dont understand how they are going to help you when you got problems with albanian resident in N-mitrovica. And about the powercuts only the goverment of Kosovo can help you on that. It means that you have to start cooparation with the Prishtina goverment to reach an agreement. The powercuts dosen't only hit serbs but all those who dont pay their bills. Even albanians wich I know haven't payed their bills have been cut off their electricity. The media haven't pay attention to this because the albanians diden't block street's and protest about an obvius thing like electricity costs.

Nobody gets nothing without paying. The republic of Kosovo dosent treat serbs differently from albanians. Only some serbs try to use somthing for propaganda.
