IM: Maximum security for Biden visit

In that case why let him come at all? Its not as if he's pro-Serbia to begin with!

Hopefully, their commitment to their obligations of protecting foreign political entities is not the same commitment they had when they protected the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade on February 20th 2008!

Lets hope the security is better than for the US Embassey during the peaceful rally in Serbia last year.
It is foolish for any US diplomat to set foot on Serbian soil after that carefully orchestrated show. Of course I am sure it will be decades before their will ever be a Presidential visit to Serbia.
Anyone who thinks ransacking a McDonalds is making a political statement is not playing with a full deck.
