Albanian tourists in Montenegro in great numbers?! Hahaha. Great. If Montenegro relies on this profile of tourists then they are truly in bad shape and may God help them!
Whats next... Al-Kaida themed entertainment water camp on Cetinje? Great staff! Really enjoing it. Ride on MIlo!

Thank you B92 for providing important infos on this potential Ambassador to Prishtina.

Kosovar tourists have been going to Montenegro a lot but lately Albania has taken us into their beatiuful Paradises.
Places like Durres, Vlora, Saranda(my place) will be full of Westerners, however Ulqin is still a great place for us Albos since it's the place where people speak mostly(if not entirely)Albanian.

Can you imagine getting posted in Pristina to be the ambassador of a fake 'state' that does not even exist?
This guy must have been in Milo's bad books, and this is his punishment. He would be happier being in prison then in that lawless narco-organ-trafficking paradise.

Yeah "Mahmud," Montenegro is a paradise.

To everyone: why is Crna Gora doing this? They are getting visas and this was a condition while Serbia is proposing new things! They are very few coincidences as things are even Kosova will get before you in the Via free list.

Aligning with Serbia is bad for business, Crna Gora found out.

No doubt that the appointment Montenegro's new ambassador in Priština is a reward for past political favors. But it should not come as a surprise. That is how these things are done, not just in Montenegro, but all over the world. Serbia does it too, it's no exception.

The real work in most embassies and consulates around the world is carried on behind the scenes by career foreign service officers. If they are diligent, these career diplomats may some day hope to be promoted to the rank of deputy chief of mission or chargé d'affaires, and some even become ambassadors.

But a cetain proportion of ambassadorships (about 1 in 3 in most countries) are reserved for political appointees.

As reward for past favors, major campaign contributors and political supporters get the chance to play at being ceremonial heads of embassies (usually on a limited, one-time basis). They dress up for the part as they bow and present their credentials to foreign heads of state, they get their photographs taken with important visitors and celebrities, they get to cut ribbons and read speeches written for them by their staff, they preside over cocktail parties and receptions and they get special treatment at the airport. It's not such a shocking thing, and believe me, everyone does it -- Serbia, Canada, the US, Britain - why should Montenegro be an exception?

No doubt one of Milo's minions.

I see that the 'jobs for the boys' routine is alive and well in Crna Gora.

What next? Brown Envelopes.
