'We probably still going to go there (FYROM), hope without much surprise.'

That was the problem with the Czech Rep. by the time I got back - all the pressure-cooker atmosphere of the 70s was gone. About as interesting as Baltimore, although I didn't say as much to the people there - they seemed to approve highly of the changes.

And what does the EU even think about people holding multiple passports? (The US discourages it, but it's no longer illegal.)

Nothing, I have multiple. I live in EU, have EU passport but not even using it. USA passport is much better except one country: FYROM.

Have no idea, why - but FYROM is doing all their best to harass anyone they can, usually Serbs and Russians fare the best, Americans and (probably Greeks) are the worst.

Otherwise was in RS, SRB, KS(north), KS(south) and absolutely no problem.

Here is a horror story from an other traveller:

Lek forgot that the Pristina voice doesn't exist in Kosovska Mitrovica and other Serb populated areas. I see red, blue and white with a white double headed eagle coat of arms flying everywhere...

"Technical issues" - for example, how can you issue passports to people if you don't have access to their records, not just in Kosova, but in the Republika Srpska and Montenegro? And what does the EU even think about people holding multiple passports? (The US discourages it, but it's no longer illegal.)

DS officials and supporters; get it done or don't get it done but please stop making empty promises. They are no substitute for action.

=== "There are several technical issues that need to be discussed with European Commission representatives in the next several weeks, and I think we can be optimistic," Tadić said."

You were very very optimistic last week too! Can Serbia public trust him? Nope. As soon as law and order is restored in North of Kosova vote Tadic out :-)!

You know why you didn't get the visas right? KOSOVA! You must be "constructive" or forget EU or any other benefits.
