I'm waiting for SRS (as bganon points out) to liquidate completely so DS can stop blaming all of their failed promises and scandals on the irrational segment of Serbia's political scene. But the question remains who will they point their crooked fingers at next?

Face it, DSS performed valiantly and in true spirit as a opposition party. They exposed this government for its lies and of holding the nation hostage to their private interests.

I don't purport to know the truth of these allegations but I would say that its probably a case of what is right and what is allowed by the rule book.

I get the feeling (not having read the rule book) that the governing parties feel on safe ground - they claim that their voting cards were in place but they were in the corridor outside.
They say the reason they were not in the chamber at the time is the hundreds of amendments tabled by SRS.
Lets face it, we know how constructive most of the amendments by SRS are.
Personally speaking if it was within the rules I would not want to sit in there for hours just for pointless button bashing on useless amendments tabled for no other reason but to be obstructionist.

So, its within the rule book for SRS to table thousands of amendments wasting parliamentary time (but wrong) and its within the rule book to be in the building when you card is used (also wrong in some way not to be in the chamber).

Democracy at work (not)! Still, its telling that DSS did this work on behalf of SRS, knowing what I stated above.

One day perhaps DSS will return to being a serious opposition party - once his majesty retires.

Hot news at B92, an illegal government that for a year now hadn't a quorum (allthough it/SPS tricked&betrayed voters) is catched, but by serious media..

whats shocking in here? they did it in the bodrum affair, nothing happened, of course they do it again...

the only question is how the democratic specterum should deal with DS? disolvment of the only party in serbian history that always -when in power- betrayed parliament, voters, democracy and jail of course, but how?

how to do that in a country where every so-called ngo has a special court while meanwhile serbia and her citizens don't have a serious judicial system anymore to protect the country and democracy from DS?

Video tape evidence is rejected out of hand based on assertions and an offer to produce contrary evidence (allthough no evidence was produced. If Serbia was a democracy, the speaker and the party whips would be canned summarily. If the B92 was unbiased, they would demand the government evidence.

The B92 is in bed with the government including Milosevic's party, my God how things have changed
