Serbia, Bosnia and Kosovo have not yet submitted their application for EU membership.

I think that Serbia will be allowed to apply for EU membership after Mladic is arrested.

Bosnia and Kosovo cannot apply for EU membership as long as they are international protectorates.

The Autonomous Province of Kosmet cannot issue an application for EU membership as its a province of Serbia. Kosmet will get into EU alright, as part of the Republic of Serbia.

B-iH is in poor shape and will not be making any application soon.

Lucky there's someone who knows more about EU requirements than those foolish EU bureaucrats who are helping both prepare for admission.

The SAA is still not in place and we don't know if it ever will and the Serbian Governament want to apply for Eu membership ??
It 's free vodka time in Beograd ?
