I suspect that Mladic is about to have a front row seat at Eurovision.
So what happens if he is not caught by end of year? Serbia remains in limbo forever?

C'mon. This is getting ridiculous now. Mladic is from Bosnia but Bosnia is not put under any pressure to catch him.
This is all just a convenient excuse to give Serbia a hard time because of Kosovo.
Croatia hasn't complied with Hague either and nobody is making it a condition for them to do so. They are still witholding documents requested by Hague. Mind you, these are only documents and they are in the country for sure while it is not certain that Mladic is in Serbia.

I kind of suspect Mladic is not even in Serbia. That's why he couldn't be caught up to now. This non-action however suits both anti-EU Serbians and anti-enlargement EU governments just fine.

All sides are guilty of intentionally killing civilians. If the Hague really wanted justice, they should have arrested everyone and put them all into prison. Instead, what they have proven is that if you are adept at controlling the media during a war, you can literally get away with murder. And that's exactly what everyone except the Serbs got away with. And thats why they will forever be at each others throats.
