Shouldn't Croatia's EU bid be put on hold, and shouldn't their NATO membership be temporarily discontinued until they find this war criminal?
I suppose I'm just to logical and fair for this to actually happen.
Good luck catching the man, who by now has certainly left Bosnia for greener pastures.
