As we all know while Tadic & Co. were diplomatically "fighting" for Kosova the EU Commission has changed his priority regarding Pan European corridors and now the main corridor for the SE is n#4 while Corridor n#10 has been downgraded ..
Ask Romanians and Bulgarians how much money they will receive in the next years for completing the task..
Another defeat for Serbia...

It seems that I find a mistake every week:
"The 20 kilometers of the road will be build" it should rather be "The 20 kilometers of the road will be built"

The EU gets along fine without Serbia. Step one to join is for the EU to recover a bit economically, as it has failed this past year er so, demonstrated incompetence and flaws. If that gets fixed, then the next step is for the incoming cheap migrant labor from other eastern european states to dry up. Step three would be for the remaining workers in other eastern european states getting slightly higher wages. Then step four is to move those jobs to serbia, which has cheaper labor, and perhaps to some other country, once our labor gets too expensive. It's competition for the bottom, who has the cheapest wages. I certainly do not like this economic model of dependency. It is in serbia's interest to not join the EU any time soon. The ones who joined the later as possible are the ones that are the best off - like slovakia. If we have the misfortune of joining, it should be at the latest possible time. We can develop without being in the EU, but if we have to join the EU then it is best to join it being as developed as possible once going into it. At either rate, we are not joining anytime soon, that's just a fact. Same goes or all other countries.

"The EU is not complete without Serbia in it, Serbia is the central country of the South East Europe and that is why, if we do not build roads, we lose not only money, but also the credibility and potential for the influence of our country in the world," Tadić said.

Not a day passes where a Serb official doesn't say how much EU needs Serbia, yet you are stuck. Maybe they don't you that bad?
