I believe it would be an excellent subject to consider, that is, what kind of framework is necessary to consider the various political biases and the like when looking to tackle 'Wicked Problems'...
How would a side like the Serbs of Croatia (which can be be carried over to various other conflicts over land/ religion/ culture with the same strains of conflict) mitigate their position after the war. That is, how can a country mitigate the differences between various perspectives on history, culture and religion look to live side by side in equality and democracy. Today, Croatia is looking to enter the EU, after executing the largest case of ethnic cleansing than any other region of the former Yugoslavia - and is positioned as a 'good guy' with the lowest levels of minority representation, rights, etc than Serbia or even BiH.

Agim that is a very immature attitude, the only people that should worry should be those that committed crimes, not those who were men of fighting age.

And your comparison with a militia leader with any ordinary civilian of fighting age is laughable.

Its like me comparing Arkan with the Bytici brothers.

At the beginning of this year a serb was arrested in Koeln for killing his wife. Jeremic said nothing. So, what is he now, FM of the state of Serbia or head of some pan-serbian organization? I think he is simply still dreaming about "Greater Serbia". Let him.

You tried to arrest Ceku--a hero in Croatia and Kosova--on bogus charges so Croatia and Kosova should return the favor even more. You don't like tit for tat?

Any Serb that was of fighting age in 1990's be careful in Croatia and Kosova!

Jeremic is turning out to be a relapse to an agressive policy of the ninetees. T his is hardly to call diplomacy. I don't think this is putting a good spot on Serbia. Instead Serbia is loosing profile of a responlible, consolidated and calming player in the Balkans putting forward its legitime interests.

when I read the article I thought they were arrested for merely being serb and nothing else. I mean how dare they be arrested for murder!!! But Jeremic is known for making lots of noise, justified or not. He may have credibility at home, but not away, which is not what you want in a foreign minister.

Of course it's a ploy! Why haven't they been arrested before? This is a warning to all those Serbs who want to return. Croatia can't join the EU unsless Serbs are able to move back. However, if they risk getting arrested just for being Serbs no one will want to go back. The same thing will happen in Kosovo. If we don't continue to fight in Kosovo and Metohija we will face the same destiny there. When is Serbia going to wake up and realize that the struggle for our rights have just begun. Slovenian, Croatia, Albanian all want good neighborly relations with Serbia as long as Serbia is week and powerless. As long as they can treat Serbia like garbage. Serbs should realize that thesse pople are not our friends, never have been and never will be.
