As part of the new economic stimulus measures that will come into force on May 8, the government has guaranteed an additional figure of RSD 40bn in cheap loans.

All that nonsense from Dinkic about "foreign factors" and "the beginning of the end of the crisis" is exactly the same type of crap that the government here in Ireland is coming out with. Things are getting bad here in Ireland but they're a hundred times worse in Serbia. I have just returned from a 10-day visit to Belgrade and I saw many very worrying things. I wish you all the very best but Dinkic needs to get real.
