"Government has back-up plan"

As B92 never publishes Government statements with context (the oppinions of opposition groups, experts NGO etc I have decided to add my own context to the article just to see if B92 will publish it.

The picture included with the article shows Dragutinovic reading a copy of Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire with her reading tutor. She is doing well; only stumbling on some of the bigger words.

Unfortunately she sometimes refers to Harry Potter as 'Sine Dragane' and Dumbledore as 'Bata Mile'

If her reading continues to improve she will surpass Cedomir Jovanovic for completed education.
