village-bey and 'kosovo justice' is better?
Why bother looking through the ethnic prism?
Funny isn't it that while we argue about these issues that criminals are free to roam because they are defended by their ethnic group (both sides)???
I mean how on earth can you compare yourself with the likes of Limaj etc?

Like I said, waste of time even discussing it.

Actually it is to the benefit of Kosovo that this is happening. The pro independence argument before the ICJ hinges on the ethnic persecution of Albanians in Kosovo and the fact that Kosovo could never be returned to Serbia therefore independence is the only viable option.
This demonstrates to the ICJ (an international court) that Serbia continues to pursue that persecution despite rulings from the ICTY (another international court). Proof the population of Kosovo will never be safe under any control of the Serbia govt.

Demi: When you indicated that you felt it's imperative to give many Albanians justice I agree with you. If relevant for this article when I encountered some Kosovars in real life I basically avoided discussing the past with them because I didn't want them to relive potential tragic memories.

Demi: "No wonder why all the serbian people are so radical. Where is all those serbian soldiers? "

Demi, were you there? I accuse you of spitting a load of Albanian political horse rubbish. I served in JNA in Kosovo in the late 80's. I was there for a whole year doing my service and no one so much as broke a branch on a Kosovo tree, let alone take arms against a local civilian man, woman or child. Our officers punished anyone soldier in JNA who so much as made a peep of hatred against any other Yugoslav. I must have been very blind or the entire JNA officer corps were amazing gifted actors to be able to hide attrocities from me for an entire year while I was in the army.

Come on bganon, Serbian evidence doesn’t mean anything. Your so-called justice arrested ten men last December on serious indictments and we are still waiting for the famous evidence. I think Serbian justice must still work under the old show trial assumption, accuse first and find evidence later. If you didn’t you have enough time to build a case against ten simple men what makes you think you have a chance against others. That’s why you doubt Hague and that’s why your indictments are not taken seriously by any other state.
From our perspective Serbian justice is a farce.

Come on! Who cares really?
I don't understand what the point is in getting upset about this if you are Albanian.

Nobody is under any illusions about Limaj. And its unlikely that he will be tried in Serbia.

So, its silly to get upset about this.

From a Serbian perspective this must has to be charged - there is evidence against him, or the Hague would never have investigated.

But in the end it won't matter as he won't be tried.

Find the murders who murdered 12 000 albanian civilians insteed ? Where are those people who did this crimes ? They are in Belgrade living with serbs and teaching serbs what they did with small children in Kosovo. No wonder why all the serbian people are so radical. Where is all those serbian soldiers?

Fatmir Limaj went to Haag with his head high and came out the same way. He is doing a great work in Kosovo today in the goverment of Kosovo and he was a great liberty fighter fighting against serbian military forces.

top this nonsens and find the real criminals. The serbian army to start with.

There is no justice in Serbia. Instead of bringing to justice the real criminals, they embark on a desperate campaign to legitimize Milosevic's oppression of Kosovo Albanians. Very much the case when coupled with a ruling that exonerates the top culprits and punishes others with laughable sentences, all for murdering, hiding, transporting, burying in police compounds near Belgrade, the bodies of Albanians from Kosovo.
Belgrade's courts are all about adventurism and in no way are looking to serve real justice.

As the time goes by all Kosova Albanian citizens will be tried in belgrades litle wanna be hague tribunal ,once this is done they will try to expel them from kosova as criminals because they stood up to the Serbian oppresion, etc...,of course since this is just a dream I will only say, dear Serbs quit fooling your own people with milosevic era propaganda, they just don't work anymore.

Sidi:
Personally don't believe in capital punishment although am tempted to change my mind when it comes to the murderous likes of Haradinaj, Limaj & co.

In any case using bombs is a trifle excessive.

I hope justice is served. In the other cases, the West refused to prosecute Kosovo Albanians for political reasons. All war criminals regardless of their ethnicity deserve prison time.
