"Constitution changes merely idea"

"A long road is ahead" of a suggestion to change the Constitution, says Ivica Dačić, and describes the initiative as "merely an idea".

"it is necessary to secure a two-third majority in parliament and a referendum in order to make changes to the Serbian Constitution"

FALSE! The 2/3rd majority was specifically incorporated into the new constitution so as to bypass the need for a referendum. You'd think a "statesman" like Dačić would know that, apparently not.

As I have said before, these socialists just cant seem to fathom the idea of a smaller effective government and parliament, proportional to Serbia's needs and not political greed.
