Roberto - a man has just been killed and you are trying to capitalise on this by making a political point. That is simply crass. Poor form indeed.

Yes, Roberto - Milo Đukanović is precisely an all to willing executioner:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milo_Dukanovic

"The most infamous was the handover of 200 Moslem refugees in 1992 directly to the Trebinje corpus at the order of Milo Đukanović. For 23 days the Montenegrin police and Yugoslav special forces under Milo's command hunted down the Muslims until each and every one of them was arrested. 83 were executed."

Milo is here, he is known to execute AT LEAST 83 people.

But you declared him as one of "friends" because he recognized Kosovo.

Did you know who is that "friend" till today? Probably not.

Now why Milo is not in Hague? Surely, "they" know more, than 83 killed... or Dubrovnik being shelled.

I always wondered, who was that monster who ordered to shell Dubrovnik. Now you know it, too - a commie turncoat whom you mistake as "friend".

Roberto,

I am not so sure, you know who was Branislav Garić. For instance, I do not know anything, so why comment on him?

What I am almost certain: Branislav Garić did not shelter Mladić. I hope for Mladić being caught and tried locally - and receiving what he should receive. Because Hague is not optimal: it discredited itself so many times, it has zero credibility and every side is calling it "kangaroo" for different reasons.

My guess is, "nice" neighbor could be two:

1) Croatia - because Mesic is a communist in disguise, not a positive figure in the history of Yugoslavia and not the best example of democracy. He is still better than #2, who is...

2) Crna Gora because Milo Đukanović, a true-and tried communist, the former right hand of Milosević. He make himself famous by cleansing the entire communist party apparat of CG from cadres who did not support Milošević and ultimately securing his own kingdom. After that he was involved in some ugly bombing of Dubrovnik in Croatia during the civil war - but later successfully got excused. A good leninist knows how to play politics of course.

While busy at all this, Comrade Milo was also involved in cigarette smuggling scheme. Some Croatian journalists who know a bit more about his dealings were recently blown up, mafia-style. The only reason Milo is not behind the bars because he is a head of a recognized country and has diplomatic immunity.

"Đukanović's cabinet organized the Siege of Dubrovnik in 1991/92, which resulted in the city suffering heavy destructions as Yugoslav forces failed to take it."

"From 1991 until 1997 he aligned himself with Slobodan Milošević's policies. Montenegro-wide roundup of Muslim refugees from Bosnia and their subsequent handover to forces of Bosnian Serbs happened while Đukanović was Prime Minister. The most infamous was the handover of 200 Moslem refugees in 1992 directly to the Trebinje corpus at the order of Milo Đukanović. For 23 days the Montenegrin police and Yugoslav special forces under Milo's command hunted down the Muslims until each and every one of them was arrested. 83 were executed"

Neat, right?

What other neighbors Bosnia has? I am looking at the map and not seeing any, except Serbia. I wouldn't dare to call Comrade Snake & co. "leaders" of a country, they are just regional mafiosi-turned-ex(?) communists, out of reach of law for the time being. I would not blame Serbia for not enforcing their capture because it would lead to unnecessary violence.

Yes, we have the unholy communist ghosts still around and pretending to be some "democrats", "freedom fighters", "pro-European", "pro-American" and so on.

Cannot blame many naive Americans who cannot see the wolves in sheep skin. But we have eyes which can see through. But Americans who are not familiar should listen carefully to all involved and even more importantly, learn MUCH more about communist tactics and strategy. Like for "ex-terrorist" there is no such thing as "ex-communist".

For you: if some waddles like a communist quacks like a communist - but has a little badge reading "democrat" means: he is a democrat (or freedom fighter, if the badge reads that)

Foe me: it means a goddamn communist.

I wish, I (and many here) would be you WITHOUT that expertise to see through. That expertise comes at a very expensive price - half of our lives was wasted. We are lucky - many in YU and SU lost it entirely. Some due the communists, some due the idiot "Western" powers supporting either these communists or some plain criminals without much understanding and listening to reason.

Thanks for listening....

Our only hope is for the (new) OHR to take control, as is his MANDATE, and root out corruption, facilitate democracy (that's not an "imperialist" scheme), end aparteid, and bring hope back to the people of bosnia.

bosnia is still a trauma case, partially because of the inept intl community and their idiotic dayton accords, but mostly because of her "nice" neighbors, guess who.

we must NOT continue what karadzic, mladic and their all too willing executioners began!

oh, and who is STILL sheltering that nice mr. mladic? i just cannot guess.

thank you. roberto
