Why is the B92 using quotation marks when referring to the Genocide. Clearly killing 1,500,000 Armenians would qualify, I guess the B92 does not wish to offend Nato

In 2006 Obama wrote a letter to then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, deploring the State Department's cowardice and stating that the occurrence of the Armenian genocide in 1915 "is not an allegation, a personal opinion, or a point of view, but rather a widely documented fact supported by an overwhelming body of historical evidence." Also in his pre-election campaign he said "America deserves a leader who speaks truthfully about the Armenian genocide and responds forcefully to all genocides. I intend to be that president."

Following Obama's visit to Turkey it looks like US policy hasn't changed.Due to its geopolitical positition Turkey is a useful ally and everything is forgiven.UK and other European poodle-states will always support any US policy-
in this case Turkey's EU accession-with total disregard for Turkey's brutal past.

It is up to us the EU citizens to decide and waive two fingers at Obama & Hilary
& the poodle-EU leaders and shout loudly that this is our Europe and we'll decide about its future and not them.
