Rehn reveals new proposal to Slovenia, Croatia

I think it's about time that both Slovenian and Croatian counterparts here remember the policy they have offered to Serbia: accept the reality on the ground.

It's more than ridiculous that they fight for tiny pieces of land and sea when they have heavily criticized Serbia for its attitude towards Kosovo's separation from Serbia.

We can see that they aren't able to show any more flexibility than they demand from Serbia.

And what is the reality on the ground here? Well, the reality for Slovenia is that the land and sea areas in question here are in the hands of Croatia. That's it. The reality for Croatia is that Slovenia vetoes Croatian EU membership. That's it.

My attitude towards their schism is as their towards the Albanian land grab: I couldn't care less.

This is all good news. Let them cannibalize each other for all I care.
They plotted against the Serbs and now that that's over with they have only each other to attack.

This is getting interesting.
Who cares who wins because at the end of the day, they are both losers.

Croatia should be forced to settle ALL their border disputes with ALL their neighbors before being accepted into the EU. Why is only the border dispute with Slovenia on the table? Croatia occupied the land of all its neighbors illegally, yet we don’t hear a peep about that!

Interesting to see ex-Yugoslav republics to fight with each-other but when it comes to Serbia, that doesn’t matter at all. They all are enemy of Serbia and need to be treated as such.
We will se fight between Croatia and Bosnia in future split of this artificial country. I am amaze to see future fight between Kosovo and/or Albania and/or Macedonia and/or Greece and/or Albania and/or Montenegro because of their narrow minded politicians. The only real country in Balkan is Serbia, the rest are going to fight for a bone like dogs like Greece has been fighting with Turkey for centuries.
