A 21-year-old is in police custody today after a shooting that left a man identified as Filip V. with serious injuries.

It is very sad that a 21 year old carries a gun and shoots people at his free will. Looks like Serbia needs new and harsh gun laws. On the other hand, how sane can this 21 years old boy be, when he was only 11 at the time NATO bombed Belgrade. My sympathy goes to Filip's family. I'll be praying for his fast recovery.
