How many times said: small unsafe cars, DUI, seatbelt laws not enforced, undertrained drivers, stupid car import laws do kill.
In USA the car itself is considered "deadly weapon", threatening someone with the car = being charged by the prosecutor with "attack with deadly weapon".
Why can't Europe learn from USA what is good instead of learning and repeating the failures?
