In these times of great uncertainty, The United Nations Organisation, more than ever before, needs to show the World that its authority and credibliity will not be in any way undermined by far-fetched pseudo-outfits like Eulex or others.

Serbia would have had a lot more money, was it not for giving away NIS for peanuts to Russia. Now Serbia is facing bankruptcy and is reduced to ask Russia for a loan. Ironic, isn't it? And Russia is itself hemorrhaging hundreds of billions, but what do they care? Easy money, easy go.

"... the mission's ability to administer the province and implement the Belgrade-UN six-point plan would be jeopardized."

I didn't know that the Serbian government has got THAT SENSE OF HUMOR))

Serbia believes that in case UNMIK's budget and personnel numbers were to be downsized, the mission's ability to administer the province and implement the Belgrade-UN six-point plan would be jeopardized. Six-point what? Serbia does not even want UNMIK to be in Kosova Serbia wants to be in Kosova herself but that is not going to happen is it?

It's normal to cut down on the UN mission to Kosovo. The only place UN is active is in the North. EULEX in the South and UN in the North.
