In many countries, football clubs are subject to penalties when/if their fans are involved in disturbing law/order. Does Serbia have similar provisions? Many such stories are constantly heard about the fans of these clubs in Serbia.

Clubs must assume the responsibility and held accountable for misbehaviour of their fans and the damages they do to people and properties.
