"How low Serbian 'diplomacy' has gone. If you speed up to behave "constructively" on Kosova you might join EU at the same as Albania, if not, kiss EU and NATO bye bye"

Alban, this may come as a shock to you, but foreign ministers visit countries regardless of political or ideological orientation. The US Secretary of State has high level meetings with diplomats and officials from countries as democratic as Finland to those as dictatorial as Saudi Arabia. That's what foreign ministers do.

Skender Hysterical might want to make a note of this. Particularly in light of his little faux pas in boasting of a wave of Islamic recognitions at the end of last month.

Oh I don't know alban, France doesn't seem to have a problem selling the Libyans their newest and finest Dassault Rafale jets... I suppose you'll be insisting on France withdrawal of its recognition?

"Libya has not recognized the unilateral Kosovo Albanian declaration of independence."

To bad. I wish to all progressive and democratic countries like Sudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Libya etc. to recognize Kosovo and get the kiss of snake.

1) The enemy of my enemy is not necessarily my friend.
2) The friend of my enemy is not necessarily my enemy
3) The words "enemy" and "friend" USUALLY do not make sense at the levels of countries. There are few exceptions, but not with Libya.
4) Don't count on "friendships" from undemocratic, non-transparent and backwards countries.

To snake: Jesus was also kissed of one of his allies. If Albanian FM has 33 silver coins, one day the Serbian FM may have 66 silver coins. That's all the "friendship" of Palau, Liberia and Ahtisaari is worth.

There are other things which aren't for sale, but may it remain a little secret.

"Иван Грозный решил в росписи пятикупольного Архангельского собора, храма-усыпальницы русских царей (построен по указу великого князя Василия III в начале XVI века, но расписан во времена Ивана Грозного, во второй половине того же века), поместить изображения сербских святых: князя Лазаря, святого Саввы Сербского и святого Симеона (Стефана Немани)."

It won't change unless there is a rich American or Saudi businessman who can buy the Archangel Cathedral in Moscow Kremlin. Let's see, how soon this fresco will be up on eBay. ;)

To bad, it's a newer fresco painted in 1652, not the original one painted 100 year earlier. Almost 500 years, man... Not for nothing. Bill Clinton boulevard probably won't last that long.
