"Constitution anniversary" in Kosovo

The Kosovo assembly has called a ceremonial session today to mark"the first anniversary of the adoption of the Kosovo constitution".

> President and Prime Minister Fatmir Sejdiu and Hashim Thaci said that "the constitution guaranteed the country's integrity and sovereignty...

In the same way that it 'guarantees' minorities their human rights I wonder? If so.. there goes the so-called 'republic of Kosovo'.

Or maybe is just Thaci & co continuing with their comedy act - ie:

"Spain would recognise Kosovo soon" a couple of days ago,

"Kosovo has become a great place for foreign investment" yesterday,

And these guys talking about respect for the principles of 'territorial integrity' & 'sovereignty' today.
