Under the new Law on Political Parties, anyone wishing to form their own political party would have to collect 5,000 signatures, as opposed to the current 100.

A good start but 5,000 only? No I'm afraid that wont do. Any serious party should have no trouble attaining oh lets say... 100,000 signatures in a country of 8 million people. But a start never the less, lets just hope they can build on it.
