Heck knows. If I am there, not even small, green Adem Jasharis raining down the skies will prevent me to cross the bridge. I will just drive and show the three fingers salute, end-of -story.
I did drive a car with USA domestic plates into North. Actually, I did cross FROM North, not the other way.
But everyone knows, Serbs make Muckalica from innocent tourists (and almost-innocent EULEX employees) or feed them to the Big Brown Russian Bears™ from Medvedja. Serbia - in particular around KM - has to be a Very Scary Thing™ indeed.
If EULEX is in full force then how come nobody form EULEX is allowed to cross the bridge into the North after duty hours. It seems to me that it is much more dangerous for EULEX members in Pristina than it is in North Mitrovice. There has been threats, bombings, vandalism etc. to EULEX members and property by Albanians and nothing from the Serbs, yet EULEX members are forbidden by EULEX to go into the north. Hmmm sounds real neutral to me. Sounds like a one sided mission to me and once again the Serbs are wrongly accused of being the bad guys. Politcs are amazing...Only those one the ground here really know the truth.
Remind me who was it 3months ago touting the victory of having EULEX come in under the ruse of something called "6 points"?
Also Ron is 100% right in EULEX must operate under Res 1244 and prohibit Serbia from any interference in the development of Kosovo.

EULEX seem to be useless and corrupt. You need them like fish needs a bicycle. Unlike you, I am not so sure, better things coming so soon to places much higher in the food chain than Kosovo (i.e. USA, EU, Russia). But you are better optimists than us.
Kosova welcomes EULEX. This is a good sign, and a great step marked in history.

EULEX is working in Kosmet under UN Resolution 1244 which means its 'status neutral' as agreed with Belgrade. Remember they had to get Serbia's approval to set up there. What does that tell you about your fake state?
